What are your favorite trails to ride? Slick rock in Moab/most any part of the Colorado Trail. Its all good here!
What are your favorite bikes, and how many do you own? Yeti ASR/Black sheep single speed.
Do you have pre-race superstitions? None really. I never eat to much but that's because I feel like throwing up
Do you follow a particular training regimen? Ride to/from work, ride when i'm not working
What is your favorite music to listen to while training? Shuffle the ipod while training, but usually hard rock while racing.
What are your favorite type of events? Any Mountain Bike Race in Colorado is fun. I have to several 24 hour events and would like to participate in one/some this season
What are your best personal achievement on the bike since riding for Bach Builders? 5th place Winter Park Series
What are your 2009 race season goals? Do a 12 hour race 24 hour team, local cross country races, team support
