Design/Build
1. Upon our initial meeting, we will inform you as to building department requirements for your specific agenda. All clients are well informed from the beginning to further understand the developmental stages for a design process. After this initial meeting a quote for the design and a preliminary construction cost shall follow. Once your decision has been made, we then shall proceed by preparing up with a design contract agreement to begin your design/drawings.
Sketches/conceptual design
2. Our involvement as contractors is consistent throughout the process we work closely with the architect to provide you with several designs. Once you have reviewed our submitted designs (design sketches) we then shall make changes and/or revisions to begin detailed drawings.
Final set of working drawings
3. Our final set of drawings shall set a clear understanding as to building and room layouts as well as interior and exterior elevations. Also, during this process we set appointments with clients to review their building finishes. Several of our subcontractors have available showrooms for you to review. We then shall confer with you as to all presented options.
Estimating (scope of work Exhibit A)
4. We work closely with our clients to have them fully understand our estimate (scope of work Exhibit A). We review the drawings with our clients to insure that all options have been taken to stay within your budget. Our estimating shall take about a two-week period depending on the complexity of your design. If any changes shall need to be made due to budgetary constraints or design changes the drawings shall be modified. Finalization of this estimating process shall be accompanied by an Owner Contract agreement. Once signed, we then shall apply for a working building permit.

David and myself are always available daily and at night we are also working contractors. We are constantly in the field to maintain our standard of quality.
